Ticket Allocation Rules |

Tickets will be allocated on a first come, first serve basis, based on payment date.
Payment should be made by cheque made payable to Surya Foundation. (Please add your name, address, postcode, phone and email on the back). Post to Priti Patel, 20 Woodcrest Road, Purley, Surrey, CR8 4JB.
Tickets will be confirmed and posted to you (subject to availability).
Tables will seat 10 guests each. Surya Foundation will create a table plan for the evening so please provide full names for all your guests.
Make your donations worth even more with Gift Aid - submit your details at www.suryafoundation.org.uk and we will do the rest to collect an extra 28% on your donations via the Government Gift Aid Scheme. |
